Lake Highlands Area Early Childhood PTA (LHAECPTA) is a group of 200+ families in the Lake Highlands area with children birth to 6 years of age. We offer parent education, activities for young children and information on community issues and schools.

While LHAECPTA is associated with the Richardson Independent School District (RISD) and the National PTA, our organization has members attending or planning to attend both public and private schools. We also have parents who work full or part-time as well as those who stay at home.

Our general meetings and children's activities give you a chance to meet many people in our community. Our playgroups and adult interest groups give you a chance to meet people who share your specific interests in a small group setting.
