Dinner Group Dinner group is a great way to meet other LH parents and
have an adult night out!! Groups are formed based on preferences such as
with/without kids or alcohol/no alcohol. Once the groups are formed, you can
plan the dinners any way you like. Most groups have the host couple pick the
theme and provide the main course, and other members bring sides and
dessert. Don’t miss out on this opportunity for food, friendship and fun!

Square Pegs Support Group A
support group has formed in Lake Highlands for parents of children with
developmental differences. If you have a one-of-a-kind kid in therapy, with
an official diagnosis or with a developmental delay, you are welcome to come
lean on other parents in the same situation. Square Pegs will meet Thursday,
April 29th at 7:00pm at Olive Garden
(SW corner of Greenville & 635). Square Pegs will meet at the home of
April Gorman, 9133 Lynbrook Dr on
Tuesday, May 18th at 7:30pm. We
will be having a watch party of the
movie, "Temple Grandin" starring
Clair Danes. |
